every order ships free. no minimum spend, no "free over $75", no surprise fee at the last step of checkout.

order one tee or ten, it costs you the same to get it: nothing.

these are from the day it leaves us, not the day you order. order before 2pm CET on a weekday and it usually goes out the same day.

most orders leave us within 1-2 working days. you'll get an email with tracking the moment it's on its way.

order on a saturday and it'll go out monday — nobody's in the warehouse at the weekend.

your tracking link lands by email as soon as it ships. it's also sitting in your account under orders if you lose the email.

tracking can take a day to start moving — that's normal. nothing after 48 hours? message us and we'll chase it.

we ship almost everywhere, free. one thing to know: customs charges are set by your country, not us, so if they come up they're yours to pay and they're not in your order total.

worth a quick check with your local customs office first so nothing catches you out.

plain recyclable mailer, FSC-certified card, nothing plastic-wrapped three times over.

the bag's genuinely reusable — good for packing shoes in a suitcase before it goes in the recycling.

if it's past the estimate, try this first:

• check the tracking link for movement
• check the address on your confirmation email
• ask neighbours, reception, or whoever takes parcels
• ask the courier directly with your tracking number

still nothing? email [email protected] and we'll chase it ourselves. you won't be left out of pocket.

PO boxes, APO/FPO, home or work — all fine. just make sure the address is complete, since that's the number one reason things get delayed.

sending it to a hotel or halls? check they'll accept parcels for you first.
