how you can pay
whatever's easiest for you:
- cards: visa, mastercard, amex, discover
- wallets: paypal, apple pay, google pay
- split it up: klarna, if you'd rather pay in bits
is it safe?
yes. everything's encrypted and handled by the same payment providers the big shops use — your card details never touch our servers.

- we never see or store your full card number
- 3D Secure, so your bank double-checks it's really you
prices & currency
prices show in your local currency automatically. right now that's:
- USD — us dollar
- EUR — euro
- GBP — pound
- DKK — danish krone
you'll be charged in whatever currency you saw at checkout. if your bank converts it, their rate applies, not ours.
when the money actually leaves
we reserve the amount when you order, then actually take it when your parcel is being packed — usually within 24 hours. so if you see a pending charge, that's why.
if something turns out to be out of stock, we lower the amount before taking it. you'll never be charged for something we can't send.
card getting declined?
nine times out of ten it's one of these:
- a typo in the card number or expiry
- billing address doesn't match your bank's records
- not enough in the account
- your bank blocking international payments — a quick call usually fixes it

refunds
money goes back the same way it came, within 5-10 working days of your return reaching us. how fast it shows up after that is down to your bank.
